Grande Dames of First Hill & Serafina Cooking Class March 13 & 17
Members toured two early 1900s Italianate architectural monarchs on First Hill: Sorrento Hotel and St. James Cathedral. Great appreciation for both was gained from learning their impressive histories and exploring their beauty. The Italian theme in March continued with a Serafina Cooking Class. Members and guests sampled and savored the delicate flavors of handmade pasta at Serafina's Mediterranean restaurant, Cicchetti Kitchen & Bar, in Eastlake.
