As most of us know, WAC Magazine reflects the uniqueness and wonder of our Club. These pages speak of members of distinction and accomplishment, committed staff, and the WAC's remarkable place in the history, present and future of our region. It features programs and events for young and old, men and women, adults and children. Our dedication to our members' fitness and health, our commitment to providing a gathering place for your social and business lives, and our sense of com- munity and focus on relationships come through here and throughout the Club. When we walk in the front doors we enter a special place. Keeping it that way Robert Bonina Vice President Food & Beverage rbonina@wac.net Melissa Borders Vice President Club Programs mborders@wac.net Bill Cohen Vice President Operations wcohen@wac.net Dawn Dorsett Admin. Systems Manager & Executive Asst. ddorsett@wac.net Paul Lowber Chief Financial Officer plowber@wac.net requires constant commitment from our members and team members. Together we cre- ate, nurture and sustain the things that make us exceptional. All of us have a commit- ment and a responsibility to build on this wonderful entity and to make it even better. This is your building, your restaurants and your facility. Use them, support them and contribute to the success of your Club. Speaking of which, I'd like to make special mention of the Club Programs listings that appear in this magazine every issue. Flip back to those listings—they start on page 44—and plan some fun with the Club this summer. Moreover, check out our summer feature that begins on page 39. With events such as the annual Mother Daughter Tea, a chocolate tasting, and a night of tequila and tapas, there's something for everyone. There's also a summer full of programs for kids and families, many of which you can find in the Athletic Programs listings that start on page 54. And check out the dining guide on page 13 for a wealth of options at Torchy's, Hagerty's and the Sports Café. However you decide to spend the next few months, make the WAC a part of your plans. After all, summer only comes around once a year. See you at the WAC.
