bryce meyers (1998) ALWAYS A LION A lu m n i S p o t l i g h t 36 After graduating from Linfield in 1998, Bryce a ended Baylor University in Waco, Texas and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with double majors in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship. He is currently a licensed real estate broker and has been the president of Legendary Restaurants, Inc for the past nine years. His professional focus has been on restaurant and real estate investment, development, brokerage, and advi- sory services, and in particular, he works closely with his fami- ly's restaurant business, which includes thirty locations (Sizzler, Richie's Diner, Texas Roadhouse) throughout California. Bryce and his wife, Heather, are blessed with two beautiful children (Caleb and Ella) who a end Linfield; they also go to Riverview Church in Bonsall and enjoy lots of family time - hiking, boating, snow-skiing, playing golf, and "Jeep'n." In addition, not only is Bryce a Linfield graduate and current parent, he also has served on the Linfield Christian School Board of Trustees for the past five years. Bryce says, "Linfield holds a dear place in my life; however, there isn't one single memory or achievement that I harken back to. Rather it's the constant reminder of the solid founda- tion Linfield laid for me quite early on. That foundation includ- ed impactful relationships with faculty and staff who imparted much wisdom and real-life application, an influential Christ-centered community that confirmed my identity as a Christ-follower, and the ability to participate in a well-rounded set of extra-curricular activities, experiences, and culture, something that opened doors and bridged gaps in the years after I graduated from the school. For all of that, I am so thank- ful, and I currently endeavor to give back to Linfield and to help carry on the tradition of building a foundation for current and future generations." We love to welcome our Lions' Alumni back to the Pride during Homecom- ing Week, and in honor of the Class of 2018, we decided to catch up with several Linfield graduates from past "blue" classes!
