Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 5:15–6:15 am, 4–5 pm Tuesday/Thursday: 12–1 pm Saturday: 10:30–11:45 am Sunday: 10:15–11:30 am movement-based yoga class. Tuesday/Thursday: 6–7 pm Power Yoga A more vigorous Restorative Yoga Supplement your regular yoga practice with this gentler and slower paced style of yoga. Props assist therapeutic poses. Saturday: 8:30–9:30 am SloBody Yoga A practical, no-nonsense yoga style designed to balance, strengthen, lengthen and open the body. Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 6:30–7:45 am, 9–10:30 am GET FIT CLASSES Get Fit classes are designed for adults seeking a more gentle or entry level workout. Seniors ages 60+ may receive the following special pricing for any of the Get Fit classes: $3/class or $25/month for unlimited classes. These classes are free with Fitness Advantage. Get Fit Stretch and strengthen your body. Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday: 10–10:45 am Get Fit TRX Join us for a great suspension- training workout designed for core strengthening. Monday: 10–10:45 am; Friday: 11–11:45 am Get Fit Step This is a low-intensity step class with easy-to-follow choreography. Fun music and a motivational and entertaining instructor will help you shape up and have some fun at an easy pace. Friday: 10–10:45 am Get Fit Water Exercise A low-impact, fun and invigorating workout. Make new friends and stay in shape using the water's non-weight-bearing quality. Monday–Thursday: 11–11:45 am Get Fit Yoga A gentle yoga class with emphasis on lengthening muscles, breathing and relaxation. Tuesday/Thursday: 8:45–9:45 am GROUP TRAINING Group training offers most of the benefits of personalized training as well as the camaraderie and competitive spirit of a group dynamic.
