MISSOURI ATHLETIC CLUB Reciprocal Club: Missouri Athletic Club By Michelle Van Slack, Director Member Services Meet me in St. Louis F Where to stay when you're following the Seahawks on the road this season Michelle Van Slack is Director Member Services. Send her feedback on your reciprocal club visits at mvanslack@wac.net city where the Seahawks play this year. So while you're gearing up for the home games, you also can start planning your trips to join the Seahawks on the road. One excellent reciprocal option is the Missouri Athletic Club in St. Louis. This regal club is located just three football fields from the Edward Jones Dome, where the Seahawks will take on the Rams September 30. Referred to as the MAC, this fellow Platinum Club of America designee is an 11-story wonderland for the pursuit of fitness, food and relaxation. You can easily "pregame" at the MAC's Sportsman's Club. Seeing as we are talking about St. Louis, I recommend any Anheuser-Busch product. Afterward, you can make the short walk to the game. There is a park that runs along the east side of the dome that's packed with sponsors, food and entertainment on game days. If you choose to stake your own tailgate location, you'll find a parking lot just north of the stadium, where $20 secures your spot. After the game you can return to the MAC for dinner at the Jack Buck Grill. On your way, you'll probably notice the iconic Gateway Arch, just a half-mile walk from the MAC, perched on the riverbank of the mighty Mississippi. After a big day of football and exploration, you can retire to one of the MAC's 80 guest rooms, where you can dream of the Seahawks in the Super Bowl. As far as food, football and a fantastic location, the Missouri Athletic Club definitely scores a touchdown. Heck, I'll even throw in the extra point. or those of you who count yourselves as part of the Seahawks' 12th man, let me share a great member value with you: The WAC has at least one reciprocal club in every 405 Washington Ave. St. Louis, MO 63102 P: 314.231.7220 F: 314.231.2327 ACCESS » The MAC is just three blocks from the Edward Jones Dome and 14 miles from Lambert St. Louis International Airport.
