Challenge See how fit you can get in just 10 weeks. Metabolic conditioning combines cardio- vascular conditioning with strength and power training to result in significantly higher fat burning and toning than tradi- tional exercise programs. How Fit Can You Get? Preview WAC trainers Mona Caravetta and Lyle Hews will offer introductory workouts for anyone interested in the How Fit Can You Get? Challenge.
