Whether you have a single uncomfortable room, you're renovating your entire house, or you're building a home from scratch, Mitsubishi Electric has a Zoned Comfort Solution that fits your unique needs. EXTREME DURABILITY All models come with a 10-year warranty when registered. Because its systems focus on individual living spaces rather than treating every room the same, it's more customizable, more energy e cient and easier to install. Mitsubishi Electric o ers a full line of single- and multi- zoned products with a variety of air handler types to provide heating and air conditioning to even the most di cult spaces. Mike Denison, NE's American Standard and Mitsubishi Brand Manager said, "Mitsubishi Electric's equipment aligns perfectly with American Standard as premier heating and air conditioning manufacturers. Both are well known for high-quality, e cient equipment and backed by unmatched technical support." Mitsubishi HVAC products are known for their extreme durability and reliability. Denison said, "These ductless systems are designed to be installed by HVAC contractors who demand the best products and support. You can fi nd ductless systems used in both home and business, including bedrooms, media rooms, renovations, additions, basements, sunrooms, garages, o ces and new construction." Among these comfort solutions is the new Mitsubishi MLZ One-Way Ceiling Cassette for use with multi-zone heat pumps—now carried by Northeastern Supply. The New MLZ One-Way Ceiling Cassette provides comfort and installation fl exibility. These stylish cassettes are designed to fi t between 16" joists, allowing them to be installed in areas that would be near impossible for most other cassettes. The slim design of these units only requires 7.3" of height, allowing them to fi t between 2"x8", 2"x10" or 2'x12" joists. The MLZ Cassettes are available in 3 sizes—9000, 12,000, and 18,000 BTUs. All units come with a built in condensate pump, providing up to 21" of lift. All three units come with a 5-speed fan selection, allowing the user to adjust the fan speed for optimum air fl ow and comfort. The MLZ is extremely quiet, measuring as low as 26dB (decibels), that is lower than a human whisper, you just can't hear it operating! Units can be controlled through a Standard Remote Controller or an optional 24-volt interface allowing the homeowner to use most any 24-volt thermostat. Plus, all units are compatible with Mitsubishi's kumo cloud, providing the user the ability to control the unit's temperature via a smartphone app. Mitsubishi has made serving the MLZ very easy. There is no need for an additional access door as all required service can be accessed from the grill, including the electrical and fl are connections. There is even an access panel for the kumo cloud wireless interface. The 1-way cassettes can be matched with both Standard and Hyper Heat multi-zone outdoor units, with the latter being able to provide heat down to -13 degrees. The ceiling cassette also o ers adjustable airfl ow to provide overall personal comfort in any room. Plus, its auto vane control is capable of adjusting air direction based on the homeowner's comfort needs. Whether you are designing a primary heating and cooling system or supplementing an existing one, the MLZ series is an excellent addition. To support its customers and the Mitsubishi line, Northeastern has a complete ductless support team, including, a Mitsubishi Brand Manager, 2 Mitsubishi Ductless Specialists, a Mitsubishi Field Service Representative and an on-call HVAC Driver for those emergency deliveries. Among team members is Pat Cosgrove, Mitsubishi Electric Specialist. Cosgrove said, "I bring 20 years of HVAC sales experience with 15 years of mini split design and sales experience. I pride myself on helping the contractors design properly matched systems, ultimately saving them time and money, all while creating satisfi ed customers."
