To that end, we have added a new location (Chestertown, page 10), added new products (Mitsubishi Electric, page 4; Charlotte Pipe, page 13, and new LASCO Fittings, page 7), added several new hires and position switches (New People, page 8) and improved one of our services (NE Hot Water Xpress, page 14). SO, IS IT BUSINESS AS USUAL? Yes and No … Yes, in that NE always has and always will put customers fi rst and we fi rmly believe in cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships by way of goods, services and various customer events (NE Ultimate NASCAR Experience, page 5). And No, in that we promise to be even better than ever for YOU, our valued customers. And while one of the No's involves me stepping down as NE's President, I remain NE's CEO, and our family-owned philosophy still continues with my daughter, Stephanie Cook, enhancing Northeastern Supply's culture of safety and knowledge in her position as Director of Safety & Training. We have also hired industry veteran Stan Allen to take the helm as Northeastern Supply's President. We are a young thinking, aggressive company, constantly striving to do it better. We live and breathe our mission statement, and Stan's vision is our vision, and his experience and enthusiasm will benefi t NE and our customers. We are new, but we are still good old NE, with fantastic people and fantastic customers. We listen and we make it our mission to deliver. That remains business as usual.
