Hydrogen is a part of many molecules including HCL, stomach acid, that is needed for proper digestion of proteins. Molecular hydrogen is also an antioxidant and reduces damaging free radicals. 10. Super foods: These are the icing, so to speak, on the cake. They are most beneficial AFTER you have stopped creating stress and toxins and all the above is part of your daily lifestyle. There are endless recommendations, but some of my favorites include medicinal mushrooms, B17 (found naturally in apricot seeds, mung beans and cassava), Black Seed Oil, CBD, and curcumin. The lifestyle we choose either supports the body mind connection or it creates stress and dis-ease. Making massive changes could seem overwhelming, so create a "list" of things to start doing that would enhance your pet's life and make another list of all the things you should not be doing (but you still are). Each week pick one thing that should be added and do it until it is part of who you are. At the same time, pick one thing you know you should stop, and stop it! Before long you will have made massive improvements to your pet's health (and yours)!
