www.northeastern.com | Northeastern Exposure 24 – 3 9 Jamie Leo is NE's new Marketing and Creative Service Manager, responsible for overseeing the company's brand and corporate identity, through marketing campaigns, events, and sales activities. Prior to joining Northeastern, Leo has more than 15 years of marketing and business development experience, including digital marketing, web design and brand management. Leo said, "Throughout my career as a marketing specialist, I have completed many courses pertaining to my position, including, but not limited to, digital marketing, web design and brand management. These skills can be utilized here, and as we witness the changing of the generational guard, I believe I can bring fresh new ideas to help NE succeed not only as a supply company for our customers, but also as a resource of information to benefi t existing and new customers alike. I want to help strengthen the well-established NE brand into plumbing and HVAC industry markets not yet penetrated." JAMIE LEO MARKETING AND CREATIVE SERVICE MANAGER Joe Pierce, NE's new Commercial Sales Manager for its plumbing division will be responsible for creating and executing commercial programs for the region's contractors and improving Northeastern Supply's immersion into the commercial plumbing market. With 16 years in the industry, Pierce comes to NE with a background in sales management. Pierce said, "I have lived and breathed Commercial Plumbing my entire career and have been exposed to how contractors and wholesalers go to market and succeed. I'm bringing those best practices to NE, which will help our customers thrive." Pierce has a clear vision for the future of commercial plumbing at NE, and an intensity and eagerness to see it accomplished, adding, "It's an exciting time to be with Northeastern Supply. We are aggressively focused on sales growth and becoming the primary commercial plumbing source in the region. I'm looking forward to helping achieve that goal." JOE PIERCE COMMERCIAL SALES MANAGER Seth Grossman will oversee NE's HVAC division with the goal of expanding product lines and becoming a full-service HVAC supplier, growing NE to the next level. Grossman has 16 years of work experience, with the last 11 in the HVAC arena with a background as an e ective leader managing sales and operations. An engaged leader who has always enjoyed and worked hard to develop great teams, Grossman said, "We already have and will further develop a great team of people who are passionate and engaged, and will always perform at a high level and deliver the best service possible to our customers." Grossman said, "I am really looking forward to working with everyone here at NE, being able to contribute to what I know is a fantastic team and a wonderful group of people who are dedicated to serving our customers. The value that NE places on taking care of the customer and providing an exceptional level of service is second to none, and I am enthusiastic about adding to that commitment." SETH GROSSMAN HVAC MANAGER NE also promotes from within and has named Alan Cowan NE's new Vice President of Sales— he will manage Residential, Commercial, and HVAC sales throughout NE's 34 locations. Cowan has been in the Plumbing and HVAC industry for 30 years, 16 of that with NE. He started as a Regional Sales Manager, where he helped the company grow from 21 locations to where it is today, at 34. Most recently Cowan took over the responsibilities of Residential Sales Manager. Cowan has a forward way of thinking and willingness to make decisions to accomplish great things. Cowan said, "My success is because of the good people that I've had around me for 16 years. Having worked as a rep and having grown with Northeastern Supply before I worked here helped me understand them, and it helped me in fi nding NE's best path forward from working with other distributors."
