Seasoned Pros Join NE The right People in the right Place at the right Time. Following the credo of Northeastern Supply's CEO, Steve Cook, that to succeed in business and allow NE to "…work harder, doing whatever it takes to be your preferred supplier," NE fulfills its mission by continuing to add the best people in the positions they fit best in order to serve its customers. To continue to add talent, experience and customer-focused staff to the NE team, three new management pros have joined the NE family, and we invite you to come in, or contact them to say hello or to ask for their help. The three areas of specialty for the new staffers are ecommerce/customer service/business planning; HVAC American Standard and Mitsubishi Brand & Product Management; and supply chain and NE inventory. Let's meet NE's three new family members: The right People in the right Place at the right Time. BRIAN PARKER DIRECTOR OF E-COMMERCE While directing NE's overall supply chain operations, including the purchasing and inventory of materials, selection of vendors, and distribution of goods, John will also evaluate past performance data to forecast needs and provide inventory control. John brings more than 20 years of procurement and supply chain leadership experience in HVACR wholesale distribution and construction product manufacturing. He also served over 10 years as a US Navy Supply Corps Officer and holds both a B.A. in Business Administration from Stockton University and an M.B.A. from Florida Institute of Technology. John stated, "I am truly excited to join NE and to help bring our supply chain team to the next level. My goal is to ensure that we always have the right product, at the right place, at the right time, at the right price — all the time." JOHN GARNCARZ DIRECTOR OF SUPPLY CHAIN Having been in this industry for seven years, with five of those years in Branch Management and Sales Management, Chat will work closely with our HVAC department, focusing on the American Standard and Mitsubishi brands, educating and supporting both our inside and outside sales teams. Part of his onboarding for this role involved visiting multiple NE locations, specifically those focused on HVAC sales. Chat's drive to succeed and his enthusiastic attitude and desire to expand NE's reach in the HVAC market make him a great addition to the NE family. Chat offered, "The decision to join the team at Northeastern was an easy one. We have some of the best talent in the business and a long standard of going above and beyond to support our customers. I am looking forward to continuing this tradition as we grow our HVAC footprint in our market." CHAT OTT AMERICAN STANDARD AND MITSUBISHI BRAND & PRODUCT MANAGER Brian will collaborate with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of NE's e-commerce business, including business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics and web technologies. Brian joins NE with more than 16 years of e-commerce and digital marketing experience in both wholesale distribution and manufacturing, including corporate website management, with a degree in Business Management and a certification in Industrial Distribution Management. Brian said, "I am truly excited to be part of the team, to help evolve and grow e-commerce as a sales channel at NE. My goal is that my work will be a competitive advantage for our employees and our customers in an ever- changing business climate."
