to be off the couch, off the phone
(or PEDs) and be out enjoying and
learning in nature. It's scientifically
proven that there are developmental
and cognitive functions (particularly
in early development years) that
can only occur by being outdoors
in nature. Additionally, we strongly
believe teachers and home school
parents need a respite from the
rigors of the classroom or home
school setting. It is our hope also
to be offering a platform of learning
for teachers and parents to "expand
upon" and continue your students
knowledge of some critical disciplines.
Anticipated Costs: $20 per student
(Includes healthy snack & refreshments)
Second family member 50% off and
family total $45
Classes will be limited to 15-20
students and social distancing will
be encouraged. We are planning
an open house/workshop for
teachers/parents in late August
or early September to discuss the
curriculum, calendar dates and
answer questions.
