This center is key to supporting the high fi ll rates and access to specialty products that NE is known for. With more than 140 vehicles making deliveries on a daily basis, NE is able to o er same-day delivery to their customers from its 33 locations, along with free onsite storage trailers for customers looking for a secure storage room on site that protects their supplies from damage, theft and weather. And when it comes to after-hours emergencies, Northeastern Supply employs a professional service to route customer calls to the closest NE associate. No matter the hour or the day, NE can support its customers with unparalleled service. KNOWLEDGE Northeastern Supply has multiple specialists on sta for technical support and solutions. These specialists are called upon daily to assist customers and fellow sales associates in areas which include Bath and Kitchen Studio Design, Builder Sales Development, Commercial Plumbing, HVAC, Hydronic, Radiant, Steam and Solar, Faucet Parts, Pump and Sewer, Water Conditioning, Water Heaters, Commercial Electric Water Heaters and Water Systems. Today's customers respond with trust to history, reliability and consistency, knowledge to share with customers, online interaction, listening to customers, customer support, community recognition and customer recognition. Northeastern Supply positively addresses all of those areas. HISTORY Founded in 1945, Northeastern Supply, Inc. began in a group of converted "row houses" in downtown Baltimore, Maryland, and subsequently, a satellite branch was opened in Elkton, Maryland. As the company grew, according to CEO, Steve Cook, "We grew through moxie, through a devotion to customer service and by employing the best people." Currently, Northeastern Supply has 315 employees serving throughout 33 locations in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia and West Virginia.
