Essen ally ozone acts as a horme c stressor crea ng massive benefit for the body. 3. Feed pets twice daily, dawn and dusk without snacking between meals. To further enhance diges on, exercise or s mulate "hun ng" ins nct behavior (chasing a toy) to get gastric juices flowing. 4. Once a week, at various mes, skip 1 meal or feed later than usual, imita ng a 17 hour fast. 5. Feed a species appropriate diet. Dogs and cats were designed to thrive on a raw food diet. Evoloveraw.com is my site where I explain how to feed the ideal diet with macronutrients and micronutrients. In the pet food I created, I separated the macronutrients (meat, fat, bone and organ meat) from the micronutrients (essen al vitamins, minerals and fa y acids) so I could feed the individual pet to their nutri onal needs. Animals with cancer, seizures and chronic degenera ve disease have different nutri onal needs than young healthy animals. The food fed to pets must be organic (grass fed, free range) and the micronutrients must be organic, plant based, natural, no synthe c addi ves. As individuals, we make personal choices and we are accountable for our ac ons. Our pets however cannot make choices regarding their diet or environment. They rely on their pet parents to provide the essen als for them to thrive. Choosing a holis c lifestyle is not hard, it is just different than the cheap, easy and convenient lifestyle we have grown accustomed to having. But we are paying too high a price for fast, cheap and convenient. I am reminded of this every me I help an animal transi on before their me, due to preventable diseases.
