To prepare for her current management position, Kline said, "I worked in Eldersburg as the branch's 'No. 2'. I learned the most while working with Chris Baquol as my manager in Eldersburg. He is very knowledgeable about the industry and our company. He helped me with learning on the go and knowing how to handle high pressure/sensitive situations." Kline often jokes that plumbing is in her blood. She said, "There are a handful of plumbers in my family. My grandfather was a plumber, my uncle is a plumber, my cousin is a plumber, and my dad has worked in the plumbing industry for more than 30 years. My dad, RJ Kline, is a regional manager for NE. He has worked for NE for more than 20 years. My mom has also worked in the plumbing industry and worked for NE for a few years a while back. I am very fortunate to be able to use these family members as resources." Kline works hard to make sure that customers know that the Owings Mills Branch has a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. "One of my strengths is to provide great customer service," she said. "I am very knowledgeable with water treatment and well systems, and I hope that this expertise will best serve our customers old and new. Our main customer base is plumbers—service and remodel plumbers. So we stock a lot of parts, toilets, water heaters, repair fi ttings, etc. and we are prepared to provide the very latest knowledge, trends and stock to our customers." You can meet Tori Kline and her sta at the Owings Mills branch. With 20 years of experience as counter sales sta , drivers, and expertise in plumbing, procedures and customer service, the Owing Mills sta can fulfi ll customers' needs. DOUG WILLS TORI KLINE YORK, PA OWINGS MILLS, MD DOUG WILLS has been in the industry for 11 years, with four years at NE in commercial inside sales. Additionally, Wills is part of the PYP (Promoting Young Professionals) group that has monthly meetings which incorporate professional training. Wills said, "Having a sales/customer service background helps me stay in tune with what customers are looking for out of a distributor, and helps us to meet their needs and expectations. I had heard NE was a solid company to work for, in which I could utilize my previous experience in the industry. I bring a friendly and fun atmosphere, while maintaining productivity and accuracy, to ensure that our customers have a good experience while getting the correct material they need on time." Understanding the York customer base, he said, "We specialize in residential and commercial, water treatment and HVAC. We have a diverse team with background and knowledge in all areas of our business. Our customer base is also diverse and consists of everything from the one- truck service plumbers to larger commercial outfi ts and everything in between." RJ Kline, NE's Regional Operations Manager commented, "Doug has been a great addition to the Northeastern team since he joined it in 2012. He embodies our mission statement of working harder and doing whatever it takes to be our customers' preferred supplier."
