Fun music and a motivational and entertaining instructor will help you shape up and have some fun at an easy pace. Friday: 10–10:45 am Get Fit Water Exercise A low-impact, fun and invigorating workout. Make new friends and stay in shape using the water's non-weight-bearing quality. Monday–Friday: 11–11:45 am Get Fit Yoga A gentle yoga class with emphasis on lengthening muscles, breathing and relaxation. Tuesday/Thursday: 8:45–9:45 am GROUP TRAINING Group training offers most of the benefits of personalized training as well as the camaraderie and competitive spirit of a group dynamic. Workouts are held in Functional Training Room A (FTR-A) on the 8th Floor. Limit of 10 people per class. $10 with Fitness Advantage, $15 without.
