24. I like using Anti-Seize. Just put a small dab on each bolt. If it has a hard time going in, this will help. When chrome warms up and gets hot, it locks itself to whatever is in line. This will also keep it from locking up; that way, if you do make a mistake, you can take the screw back out. 25. Pass the wires through to the other side (remember, the power comes in from one side only.) 29. Pull them out from the other side. 33. Take the pre-wired power wire (usually the blue). 32. Pull them out and all the way through. 30. Leave them loose on one side and take the wires across to the other end. 31. Pull them through to the side you will be placing the On/Off switch. 35. Then pass the switch through the metal cover. 34. And plug/connect it to the back of the switch. 28. Pass the wires coming from the lights inside and up into the tree. 26. Making sure the lights are straight and not leaning more on one side is important to your look. 27. The side must be correctly spaced, especially if, later on, you put a wind- shield on.
