Middletown is a 16,000-square-foot facility and its Manager, Jarrod Moore, said, "The branch specializes in 'All products pertaining to plumbing and heating'. But our core is residential plumbing and HVAC. We are heavily stocked with residential plumbing and HVAC products, so we have what our customers want when they need it." Moore added, "This branch runs like a well-oiled machine. We are e cient and with two full-time box trucks on the road, we have no problem getting material to our customers at their job sites." Moore, who is in his 21st year with Northeastern Supply, said, "I have an awesome crew that works together to get the product to our customers. We have a large, local customer base that supports us every day, and we really appreciate that." Regarding the event, Moore said, "It was great event and very nice turn out. It's great when we can hang out with our customers on a more personal level. I heard numerous customers stating that they had a good time, and several customers told me that all Northeastern Supply events they attend are a fun time." Moore added, "Personally, I feel that events such as this one really help build a strong relationship between supplier and customer. In the end, hopefully that personal bond will make our customers think of Northeastern Supply fi rst."
