Pour mixture over brussels sprouts in a large bowl. Add salt and mix until even. Place on a baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn brussels sprouts over and cook for 20 minutes. In a separate pan, mix almonds, sesame seeds, maple syrup, and salt. Cook this mixture at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, turning halfway through. Once cooled and caramelized, place on top of brussels sprout mixture and serve. Organic Roasted Taj Mahal Brussels Sprouts 1 tbsp organic coconut oil 1.5 tsp of organic cumin seed 1 organic yellow onion 1 tbsp of organic garlic minced 1 tbsp of organic ginger minced 1 organic jalapeno seeded and diced Toast sesame seeds in coconut oil on low for 1-2 minutes. Raise heat to medium. Stir in onion, garlic, gringer, jalapeno and heat until onions turn translucent. Stir in remaining spices. Add tomatoes and chickpeas. Simmer for ten minutes and enjoy! Vegan Chana Masala 1 lb grass fed beef ½ cup of organic fresh basil pesto 1 cup of organic basil 1 tbsp of organic garlic ½ cup olive oil Organic shredded carrots, added to personal preference Combine all ingredients and place into narrow, rectangular baking pan. Coat with an additional layer of ketchup. Cook at 350 degrees for about one hour. Check temperature -- if less than 155 degrees, continue cooking until internal temperature of 155 is reached. Allow to cool, and enjoy!
