TSU-TSAIR CHI, N.M.D., Ph.D. received his Medical Training from China and earned his Ph.D. Degree in biochemistry from the Waksman Institute of Microbiology at Rutgers State Uni- versity, New Jersey in 1978. Dr. Chi has been the President of Chi's Enterprise, Inc. for 22 years. He has published articles in Journals such as the International Journal of Integrative Onciology and Townsend Letter for Doctors and Patients.
