Rob The Shark: Don't worry about that, that's what we're here for. You don't have to have medical coverage or medical insurance when you have the right a orney. If your leg is broken you will see the orthopedic doctor that's going to help you with that; if you have a concussion or headaches and stomach aches, we will set you up with a neurologist who's going to take care of you. If you have a real bad case of road rash and will need plas c surgery, we will set you up with the best plas c surgeon out there. Don't worry about if you have health insurance or not. Of course, it is a good thing to have before the accident, but if you don't have it, give us a call and we'll handle your case. Rob The Shark: Most important thing is liability. California and many other states require liability. Without liability, you will get your license suspended. That's a basic fact. Comprehensive and collision is important. God forbid you go down, and it's your fault, or someone hits you and does not have insurance you will be stuck. Comprehensive and collision will allow you to get your motorcycle repaired. All paid for. The most important thing that is underrated and nobody preaches on is the uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage. It's not just about your bike it's about you. If you go down, or the other party doesn't have insurance, or they carry the bare minimum like $15,000, you find yourself in the hospital with broken bones and your case is worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. Without uninsured/underinsured coverage, you got nothing. Contact your insurance agent and get the highest amount. You want to cover emo onal distress, pain, and suffering, it's not just about your medical bills. With uninsured/underinsured you will have a case against the other party. Again, I don't want to sound like a broken record but uninsured/underinsured motorist and obviously there are other li le coverages that will benefit you. So, ask your insurance agent about them. Rob The Shark: Love that ques on! We always must prove who's at fault. We have to show that someone was negligent. What caused the road condi ons to be dangerous? Was it the rain from the night before? Was it the county workers? That forgot to cover it? That's why we step in and iden fy and find out what was wrong with the road condi on. How did it become dangerous? So, once we can iden fy the party at fault, we put a game plan together. And rest assured, if the party was responsible for causing that dangerous road condi on and you go down because of it and get injured, we will be going a er them. One it's all about your health but at the same me we need to prove up your case, we need to show the insurance companies what were this guy or gals injuries right certain type of injuries will award a certain amount for damages so that's our job we are going to set you up with the best doctors in the business that are going to look at you head to toe, get the MRI's the x-rays examina ons whatever is needed will be catered to you, again we want you to be healthy at the end of the day and at the same me we want to present a strong case for damages.
