Convoy of Hope Ithiel & Ana Torres The Convoy of Hope is a faith-based organization with a driving passion to feed the world through children's feeding initiatives, community outreach, and disaster response. Convoy strategically offers help and hope to communities around the world. In 2022 a representative from the Convoy, Mr. Rick Zorehkey, shared a vision with the Yuma Black Sheep of a possible benefit motorcycle run for the Convoy of Hope. Yuma Black Sheep accepted the challenge and the Hope Ride was born on October 1, 2022. By the grace of God, Hope Ride 2022 has been to date the most profitable motorcycle run in Yuma history. On October 7, 2023 the second annual Hope Ride took place and was met with even greater support from nearly all local motorcycle clubs, motorcycle ministries, and motorcycle groups. It is truly amazing to see our beloved Black Sheep, CMA, and Broken Chains serving together in unity. With Hope Ride funds raised in 2022, Black Sheep aided in the feeding of 500,000 children around the world, sending supplies to the homeless families in Ukraine, and providing necessities to those affected by hurricanes Ian and Ida. This year's Hope Ride proceeds will potentially be used to provide food, water and supplies to the nation of Israel in their time of need. Through this small event in Yuma, AZ., God has once again shown his provision, power, and faithfulness! To God be the glory! Blessings to our Sheep family! "...and God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work." 2Co 9:8 ESV a
