Automation increases productivity and improves services in many
industries. Data centers are no exception. With human error being
the most likely cause of data center downtime by many accounts,
companies stand to avoid numerous hassles by cutting people
out of the loop. In particular, highly repetitive and labor-intensive
tasks are ripe for automation, often saving cost simply by freeing
personnel to focus on tasks that bring a higher return.
