Maximize Your Nervous System The fact that your central nervous system controls every cell, organ, and tissue in your body is a fact not nearly enough people consider. In reality, Maximum Nerve Supply is very important, but often the most overlooked cause of interference to consider when searching for the cause of disease or attempting to assess a patient's health. It's simple, if this two-way communication back and forth between central nervous system and body goes on without interference, then the body is set up to function like it should. It's like having a good mobile phone connection, without it, your conversation may not be heard or understood. Your spine and body are subject to a whole lot of physical, chemical, and emotional trauma in today's world that they were never intended to endure. As a result, it's common and likely for these bones to shift out of place and put pressure on parts of the central nervous system. A displaced spine will end up interfering with the nerve-body pathways and so cause poor cell, organ, and tissue functions. The longer this nerve interference exists, the more damage occurs to the central nervous system, organs and tissues it supplies. This interference can limit a body's ability to produce normal cells, hinder critical detoxifying mechanisms, and badly compromise immune responses which will threaten the body's ability to win its daily fight against cancer. The Two Major Systems The central nervous system and the immune system are the two super systems of your body. To call your Cancer-Killing Systems into high gear, your central nervous system will call on the release of interleukin-2 (IL-2), which in turn causes several things to happen. 1. The growth of T –Cells that attack specific disease-causing agents. 2. The activation of T-cells and natural killer cells (NK), to knock off viruses. 3. The stimulation of Lymphocyte – Activated Killer (LAK) cells that destroy tumor cells and improve recovery of the immune system. A 2010 study showed the direct response between an adjustment, and your cancer and infection fighting system. "Chiropractic adjustments temporarily influence interleukin-2-regulated biological responses following a single adjustment." The IL-2 biological response for activating LAK tumor-destroying and immune – boosting cells was triggered! ** Correct the Cause Care that realigns the spine and restores the curves is called corrective care. The reason for this type of care is like any other part of the Cancer-Killer lifestyle. It corrects the cause, removes the interference, and maximizes function. Get your two super systems fully communicating with each other to aid in maximizing immunity. When many people think of chiropractic care, they think of quick relief from back pain through manipulations and modalities. On the contrary, corrective care is not for treating spinal pain alone. To actually restore normal spinal position, there is a required series of specific adjustments along with a uniquely designed exercise program. To correct a misaligned spine, you need a chiropractor specifically trained on the protocols to restore your spine and central nervous system. If you have less than maximum nerve supply, this is a necessary piece of any effort to establish good health. **Note: Teodorczk-lnjeyan, Julita A. and Marion McGregor, Richard Ruegg, H.Stephen Injeyan, "Interleukin 2-Regulated in Vitro Antibody Production Following a Single Spinal Manipulative Treatment in Normal Subjects, "Chiropractic and Osteopathy, September 8, 2010, 18:26, PubMed 20825650, http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/ pubmed/20825650.
