Yoga & Golf – The Perfect Marriage 16 million Americans say they grab their yoga mats on a regular basis. This ancient practice of yoga that dates back 5,000 years is far from just a trend – it is becoming a practice for both the mind and body recognized for its positive results in the health & wellness industry, even by many in the traditional medical community. Bentley was thrilled to bring this proven training program back with her to Tampa. Shortly after, Bentley Yoga Golf was born. Bentley Yoga Golf prides itself on being the first in Tampa to offer Katherine Roberts' Yoga for Golfers curriculum. The Yoga for Golfers global program is a prestigious golf-conditioning program used by the pros and endorsed by the PGA, Golf Channel, and Nike Golf.
