Dr. DelRae's Energy Balls 1 cup Sunbutter
 1 cup almond butter 2 scoops Fit Shake powder
 1⁄2 cup raw cashews 1⁄2 cup raw sunflower seeds
 1⁄2 cup shredded coconut

Mix ingredients. Makes 3-4 servings. 3. Prepare - meals in less than 12 minutes! I'm not a gourmet chef and honestly, don't have the time to be one. That's why every one of my recipes takes me less than 20 minutes (at the MOST) to prepare and serve. Preparation is key. My ingredients are always pre-cut and prepared so when it comes to dinnertime, it's a matter of throwing things together, short cooking time, and serving in a matter of minutes.
