SAT, OCT 21 | DELL HALL | 2PM The Popular Toy Sensation Is Now a Live Show Chances are if you have a child under the age of ten then you're already familiar with the colorful world of Shopkins. Originally a collectable toy featuring a cast of characters based on items you can purchase from the grocery store or mall (food items, kitchen supplies, appliances, etc.), the franchise has expanded to include an animated show featuring the characters in various cute and comedic situations as well as a live show! Kids will work hard to collect the figures they want, begging their parents for additional booster packs and even trading away extras with friends on the school playground! For the fans, however, it's the characters that are the real draw. Each character has a personality and hobbies that you can learn about on the website or the cartoon, and the live show is no exception. "Shopkins Live!" stars Jessicake, Bubbleisha, Peppa- Mint, Rainbow Kate, Cocolette, Polli Polish and the rest of the shoppies gang as they perform the coolest dance moves, sing the latest pop songs, and show off the trendiest fashions as all of Shopville prepares for the annual Funtastic Food and Fashion Fair. Shady Diva showcases her latest fashion designs; Lippy Lips gives colorful advice at the nail salon; Kooky Cookie tries to get in a beauty nap. But don't worry—no event is complete without a few hiccups! Who has hijinked the fashion pageant? Where is the super-secret celebrity guest? Will Slick Breadstick ever find a dance partner?
