2020 VISION 38 By God's grace, Linfield has cultivated a legacy of missional faithfulness and academic excellence since the school was founded in 1936. Over the years Linfield has delivered an independent college-preparatory Christian education while building a rich heritage of community and training decades of graduates who have gone on to make their mark in the world. The school is also blessed with a beautiful 100 acre property, divided into three campuses (elementary, middle & high school) which are spread out among athletic fields, a pond filled with ducks and other wildlife, and a rolling green landscape that provides abundant space for outdoor classes, group study, and social interaction. Linfield Christian School started with thirteen students in grades 9-11 who attended classes in what is now the Administration building, pictured here from the perspective of Rancho California Road (circa 1975).
