From Our Deli to Your Kitchen Vegan Strawberry Torte Cookies Makes 1 Dozen ��� Preparation Time 20 min. 4 cups Organic Pastry Flour 4 cups Organic Almonds 4 cups Quick Cooking Org. Oats 2 cups Safflower Oil 1 �� cup Organic Maple Syrup 1 tsp Organic Cinnamon Strawberry Jelly Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the dry ingredients together. Mix the oil with the maple syrup and then add that to the dry ingredient mixture. Mix together well. Scoop the cookie dough onto a cookie sheet about an inch apart. Press a spoon into the middle to make an imprint. Put �� tsp of strawberry jelly (or try another flavor!). Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown. Seaweed Salad Serves 4 Preparation time 15 minutes ��� Cooking time 8 minutes 1 bag Sea Vegetables �� bag Kelp Noodles �� Organic Avocado 1 tsp Sesame Seeds 2 tsp Tamari 2 tsp Sesame Oil Soak the sea vegetables in water for 15 minutes. Strain and wash thoroughly, and leave in strainer for 15 minutes. Cut the noodles a quarter inch wide. Cut avocado into cubes. Mix together the tamari and sesame oil to form a dressing. In a mixing bowl, mix the sea vegetables, kelp noodles and avocado cubes. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and add the dressing. Enjoy! Salmon with Artichokes & Fennel Serves 6 Preparation time 30 min. ��� Baking time 20 min. 4 8oz Salmon Fillets 1 small Organic Onion, grated �� cup Organic Olive Oil 14oz can Organic Artichokes 10oz Organic Fennel, chopped �� cup Org. Lemon Juice Himalayan Salt Pepper Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse the salmon fillets. Arrange the salmon in an oven-safe dish and dot each fillet with olive oil. Rinse and drain the artichokes, pressing out excess water, and saut�� them with olive oil. Add the fennel, Himalayan salt and pepper. Cover and simmer on low heat on the stove for 10-15 minutes. Pour the artichokes and fennel on top of the salmon fillets. Bake for 20 minutes.
