We are all working towards a common goal — to leverage our unique economies of scale, robust financial systems and people-first approach to help independent distributor members outperform the competition, and to help best-in-class suppliers protect their brands and diversify their channel strategy. As AD Chairman and CEO Bill Weisberg indicated in the opening article of this magazine, that doesn't always come easy." What AD Associates, Members, and Suppliers have in common is that we never quit. We never let our failures define us. Nor do we let our successes go to our heads. When we get knocked down, we get back up, shake the dust off and try again. When we reach a successful milestone, we celebrate, as we should, and then we keep on climbing.
