As a result of your sugar addiction, you may have developed hypoglycemia. If your blood sugar drops dramatically, you can experience shakiness. To lower your candida levels, you should take a full month to gently remove all sugars and heavy carbohydrates from your diet. Stay on this strict diet for 6 more weeks. To help you cope with sugar cravings, you may take a candida-killing supplement. For your sensitive stomach, "Digestron" will help calm your stomach muscles and improve digestion. Start out slowly and persist. This elimination diet will get easier over time as the number of these parasites lessen. For more information please feel free to call me. Sincerely, Abby Dear Abby, I have a mild case of obsessive- compulsive disorder (constantly having to keep things in its place) along with what I would call general anxiety. I fret about everything and always have to be active. I can never "chill out". I'm confused about which supplements would be best for me. What do you suggest? Thank you. – Yamila Dear Yamila, I think you might benefit from Lithium Orotate, which is a nerve stabilizer. I have found it to be very effective for OCD. Start with a 5mg capsule morning and night and increase progressively up to three capsules two times per day, if needed. Lithium Orotate is effective in much smaller doses than prescription lithium, since it is 20 times more bioavailable, is extremely safe and works very fast. If you don't notice an effect within hours of taking it, it may not be doing you any good. Let me know how you do. Sincerely, Abby Hi Abby, My boyfriend was diagnosed with gout and is currently being treated with two different prescriptions. Is there a natural alternative to help reduce uric acid, the cause of the gout, and to control the flair ups of gout attacks? We have been researching online and tart cherry extract juice seems to be an effective choice. Also, is there something he can use to dissolve, flush out and cleanse out the gout crystals he has in his foot? Thank you for your guidance. – Chris Dear Chris, Contrary to what most people believe, gout is not uric acid being over produced, but rather not excreted sufficiently. The resulting high uric acid in the blood leads to the formation of crystals that deposit in the cartilage and surrounding tissue of joints, usually the big toe (about 75%). The kidneys are partly responsible for excreting out the uric acid and impaired kidney function may lead to high uric acid. "Kidney Chi" and "Bathdetox" are great for gout. Your boyfriend should avoid foods high in purine and stay on a low protein diet. Meats, oysters, shellfish and commercial vinegar should be avoided. Bathdetox will lessen the pain! Sincerely, Abby
