Training and guidance grows business NE H₂O Water Systems continue to add value. Northeastern Supply continues to provide ways for our professional plumbing and contractor customers to grow their sales, and one way we do this is through our Water Systems team. Our team provides expert knowledge and guidance in such areas as new whole- house water treatment systems for both well and municipal water supply systems, to provide safe and clean water for your customers. Another available benefit is that NE's water systems specialists provide training for our customers who commit to providing our products to their customers. To help facilitate this, we now have two NE H₂O training trailers that we can bring either to a convenient NE location or our customers' place of business to train contractors on selling the products we supply, as well as teaching installation and servicing water treatment and pump products. Our training trailers are stocked with the products we sell so that hands-on training with working products is part of the training process. One of the products on the training trailers is the new Signature III control valve from CSI. This new valve is Bluetooth compatible, has 1-inch connections and comes with a 7-year warranty. There is no other valve like it on the market and it is now standard on all CSI water treatment systems. Another great product for sale and for training purposes is the CSI DROP Home Protection System. It detects leaks and air temperature changes at all locations that the sensors are placed. It is controlled by an app and the water system can be turned off via a smartphone. The DROP Home Protection System has a built-in bypass and comes with battery backup. NE H₂O Water Systems is just one segment in which we help our customers to add profits to their business. We will continue to look for ways to make our customers more successful.
