Proud to have presented the Bobber theme bike to the
Build a Legend contest. It is a nod to the post-war era
of bikes, which gave riders a chance to showcase their
talents for engineering and machine work. The velocity
stack jumping out from the tank is an example of what
happens when creative engineering meets a down draft
intake system. With the help of Z's Customs (Savage,
MN), the folks at Elkhart Indian Motorcycles stretched
themselves to integrate the speedometer, ignition switch
and turn signals along with a custom LED light into the
Headlight Bucket.

NOD TO A
POST-WAR ERA

The bike received a killer custom paint job by Vivid
Dragon (Phoenix, AZ). To accentuate the candy apple
red paint, the frame was brought to life by a chrome-like
mirror finish done by Precision Buffing (Elkhart, IN).
The build detail was taken to another level by machining
of billet aluminum parts added throughout. This artistry
was completed by Die Rite (Elkhart, IN). The finishing
touch is a hand tooled Indian Motorcycle logo seat
finished by Casey Vermillion (Niles, MI).
