There was a lot of guilt. Pick up our next issue for Part II of THE MAN BEHIND THE VEST exclusive interview with Dr. Patrick Nave co-founder of Bikers Against Trafficking. www.BikersAgainstTrafficking.org www.FB.com/BikersAgainstTraffickingFL CHRISTIANITY IS NOT A RELIGION... IT'S A RELATIONSHIP WITH THE LIVING GOD. This is what you have been looking for in life. That is the ONLY way you will fill that emptiness you have been trying to fill with everything else this world has to offer. And don't be mislead; being a Christian is not boring! It is not weak! It is certainly not being perfect! God wants to have a relationship with you just as you are. Live your life to the fullest by accepting what He has for you: HIS UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. Burning Rubber for God is the BEST way to ride and the ONLY way to know where you're headed. He completed Phase I six months ago and since then has begun working at the Mission in a leadership role. Eddie is officially a House Leader, taking this position since Tuck passed away this past May. Eddie is an organizer and helps schedule and conduct interviews with potential residents and coordinates jobs and tasks for the men throughout each day. He also helps plan meals, receiving and processing food donations and schedules medical, dental, and optical appointments for the men, as well as overseeing the men and providing them with guidance. Mike Shirley says about Eddie, "He is faithful and dependable and seeks God's leading in dealing with the men here at the Mission. Eddie is a role model and helps teach these men to follow Jesus." Concerning what he thinks is the greatest thing about the Mission, Eddie says, "It's a safe place for men to come and hear about Jesus, get sober, and become productive members of society. I'm thankful there is a Mission At e Cross." Eddie was homeless for eight years in Florida and really appreciates what God has done for him through Mission At e Cross.
