Dear Tracy, Your daughter is probably deficient in the B vitamins. I recommend the coenzymated B complex – two or three upon wakening and, if needed, one or two more in the afternoon. In addition, inositol (a B vitamin) works well to reduce anxiety. Jarrow makes a powder that provides 600 mg per ¼ teaspoon. Inositol may be taken as frequently as needed to reduce your daughter's anxiety. Inositol also supports liver function and is a cell detoxifier! Sincerely, Abby Dear Abby, I'm having a bit of trouble with mental focus, sharpness, and memory. Can you suggest any products from your store? Lori Dear Lori, DHA (Docosa Hexanoic Acid) is a type of fatty acid that is involved in the production of brain cells and improves communication between brain cells. DHA is a critically important nutrient no matter our age or state of health and is linked to brain performance all through life. Most of us get DHA from fish, but many fish are contaminated. Taking DHA as a supplement (1000 mg – 3000 mg/day) is best. Lori, if this does not do the trick, there are many additional supplements to enhance brain performance. Sincerely, Abby pain of chronic sinusitis. Also, "Moducare" has proven very successful. Sincerely, Abby Dear Abby, I hope you can suggest a product for a colon cleanse/detox. I had a CT scan done and it showed pockets of diverticulitis. The doctor just told me to eat more fiber and drink more water. I had the scan done because of feeling very blocked and lower abdominal cramping. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks. Cheryl Dear Cheryl, Diverticulitis is inflammation of the colon and this needs to be addressed appropriately. This inflammation is worsened by certain foods. These foods need to be eliminated immediately. In addition, probiotics should be taken as well and perhaps an anti-inflammatory powder depending upon the severity of the colitis. The protocol is available at our store. Sincerely, Abby Dear Abby, I need something for my 19 year old daughter who has panic attacks every once in a while. I don't want her to take strong medicines and I was told you might have something for her. Please help me find something for her. The doctor only tells her to either relax or they would give her anti-depressants and I don't want her taking those. Thanks for your help. Tracy Dear Abby, I am 68 years old, have a history of breast cancer which was not estrogen related, but the doctors did not want me to take hormones. My libido is gone and I have vaginal dryness. MACA was suggested by a friend. What do you suggest? Annie Dear Annie, Breast cancer results from an imbalance of hormones. The three main estrogens, estrone (E1), estradiol (E2), and estriol (E3), must be in proper ratio to protect against cancer. Estriol levels must be greater than the total of estrone and estradiol. Myomin, an herbal formula, helps balance all of these hormones. It helps raise testosterone which improves libido. Myomin also increases estriol to improve vaginal thinning and dryness. I highly suggest adding Myomin to your routine (it can be taken along with MACA). Check out our schedule of free seminars on hormone balance. Sincerely, Abby Dear Abby, I have two daughters and a boyfriend that suffer from seasonal allergies. They suffer severely from sinusitis. Do you have anything that you would suggest? Claire Dear Claire, Sinus Chi by Chi Enterprise contains herbs that block histamine release and relieves runny nose, watery eyes, itching, swelling, and other allergy symptoms. It adjusts immunity and thus improves the ASK Abby ASK Abby Abby offers Free Consultations - Please call (813) 996-6999 Monday - Friday from 10 am - Noon to make your appointment Do you have a question for Abby?
