PROCESS EXPO represented the pinnacle of food technology bringing together the world's most successful food and beverage processors, equipment manufacturers and leaders in the field of academia. Eric Hiser, ISTA's Vice President of Technical presented at the PROCESS EXPO University where he spoke about Dynamic Testing of Packaged Food Products to Minimize Supply Chain Risk. He discussed how packaging plays many key roles in the protection and preservation of food products. Eric also participated in a live broadcast presented by Food Online where he addressed the hazards food products face during transit and how food manufacturers, logistics companies, and retailers are addressing them. PACK EXPO Las Vegas celebrated the 20th anniversary of the event and the show saw a 4 percent increase in attendance over the record PACK EXPO Las Vegas set in 2013.
