In This Issue Exercise is, without a doubt, one of the most powerful ways to improve your health. If you are still avoiding it, perhaps this issue will motivate you to take action. Regular exercise can reduce the risk and symptoms of more than 20 physical and mental health conditions as well as slow down how quickly your body ages. So, lace up a pair of running shoes and hit the gym. Even a brisk walk a few times a week is better than nothing. You are never too old to start exercising.
