20 | WheelsOfGrace.com | #67 With three number one plates to defend this year, 2022 turned out to be another chapter in a legacy of winning that's far from over. As we prepare to reveal our 2023 factory racing team and livery tomorrow, here's a quick stroll down memory lane: 1911: O.C. Godfrey wins the Isle of Man TT, leading the charge for the first ever '1-2-3' clean sweep by a factory team, first TT win by a foreign manufacturer, and first win on the new "Mountain" course over Snaefell mountain (the same course used today). 1937: Ed Kretz wins a race that would go on to become arguably the single most important motorcycle race in America, the first ever Dayona 200. Kretz fell twice on his Indian Sport Scout, yet lapped the entire 86-rider field. 1950s: The original Wrecking Crew team of Bobby Hill, Bill Tuman and Ernie Beckman dominate flat track racing - securing 14 AMA National wins amongst themselves. 2017: Indian Motorcycle Racing and the "Wrecking Crew" return to American Flat Track with the purpose built #FTR750. The team has won every single Super Twins Championship since, for a total of 6 consecutive titles. 2022: The Triple Crown. Tyler O'Hara wins the MotoAmerica #KingOfTheBaggers and Superhooligan championships, and Jared Mees Racing wins his 8th AFT Super Twins championship. #indianmotorcycle Indian MOTORCYCLE RACING MOTORCYCLE RACING CHAPLAINCY SERVICES PROFESSIONAL, TRAINED, AND AVAILABLE 24/7 TO YOUR COMPANY.
