Hi, I put LED boards in the rear blinkers on my 99 Ultra. However, I can't get them to blink, which I'm sure it's due to flasher correct? You may need to add a load equalizer, in line, with your rear turn signal wiring harness for those LEDs to function. Would be best to contact the manufacturer of the LED'S. Have them advise you on which load equalizer they suggest. Or purchase a Badlands load equalizer for your make & model. It will be, simple, plug & play.
