6 | WheelsOfGrace.com | #59 Our mission is: To educate and entertain the motorcycle enthusiast, promote motorcycle riding through media with a motorcycle magazine that has a posi ve message and worthy to be read by all, free from content that is offensive while glorifying God. Death before dishonor is the Spartan way. It is the way I grew up. It is about the 4,000+ years of history I learned in school. It was about Alexander the Great, the 300 Spartans, Athanasios Diakos and Theodoros Kolokotronis. Defend your family, your country, your beliefs, your God. These men protected and fought to death simply because that's what they were taught and because it was the right thing to do. They were husbands, fathers, patriots, and believed in that motto. Because someone or a situation tried to tell them different or change what they knew and believed in, it did not faze them one bit. There is something in living like that. There is integrity in doing the right thing and defending what you believe in. When Greece was enslaved by Turkey for 400 years (1421-1821), the Turks did things to the Greeks that are unspeakable. The Greek women would often jump off cliffs with their children in hand and take their lives when the Turks were coming. Death before dishonor. Christianity was banned during that time, and Greeks had "hidden school". The parents would take the kids to "hidden schools" (underground) in the middle of the night to be taught about Greek history and religion. There is nothing new under the sun. The deceiver repeats himself as he is an imitator. Do I dislike Turkish people today? Nope! Because I live by one of my life verses that reads: "But none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God." Acts 20:24 (NKJ Version). The correct Greek translation reads: "For no reason I consider my soul honorable, that I can complete the road with joy for the ministry which I received from the Master (Lord) to proclaim the Good news announcement of the grace of God." That is how we must live as Christians. Plandemic or other sickness, fabricated in a lab or real, experimental injections or real vaccines, depopulation or agenda 2030, none of these things should move us. If it is God's will and it is God's timing things will unfold Biblically, so we win, and they lose. If it is not God's will and not His timing, all the money, power and control in the world they have does not matter, God will not allow it to happen thus we win again. They are just too ignorant and full of themselves. Because of a bloodline or other beliefs, they believe that they are gods or demi-gods. Even Greeks don't believe that! There is ONLY ONE God that was also human that walked on the earth: Christ Jesus. So, as Christians and as bikers what do we do? What we know how to do best. What the Bible tells us to do: None of these e d i t o r ' s S A D D L E EDITOR'S SADDLE EDITOR'S SADDLE DEATH BEFORE DISHONOR things move us. We push harder. David prayed but eventually he had to pick up the stone to kill Goliath. David – the man after God's own heart – prayed Psalm 109. You should read it... Since I met my wife Stacy, this topic has been a conversation we have often had. We have been through some challenges as the deceiver hates what we do, and we have learned to push harder. What does that mean in your life? Simply said: If you do the best to your ability without being a hypocrite, God will always have your best interest. It is something Stacy and I live by. If you know you can do something, if you know you can do more and you do not do it you are failing the mark: " For the good that I will to do, I do not do;" Romans 7:19a (NKJ Version). If we do good because we are told to, and follow rituals or instructions, we have religion and not relationship with the living God. Doing good comes from the heart… from a changed heart. So how else can we live as Christians and as bikers? Stand up for what is right. The book of Proverbs has many examples on how to live right. From marriage to finances it is all in there. Here at Wheels Of Grace we will be pushing harder by adding certain things to our mission in 2022. In 2021 we added the Handlebar News feature. An email that is sent to thousands bi-monthly informing our readers about news in the Motorcycle and the Christian Motorcycle community. For 2022, a new website that is easier to navigate is in the works. To reach more people we started including other brands than Harley-Davidson and Indian in this publication. We are also working with our supporting Ministries, Churches and advertisers to reach more people. Make sure to be included in our email list as we will send the announcement in the next few weeks. If you are not on our email list, email: WheelsOfGrace2002@gmail.com to be added. GREAT THINGS are coming in 2022! Burn Rubber Not Your Soul! Peter "Spartan" Kaye
