Emo onal Freedom Technique uses pressure on acupuncture points to s mulate areas in the brain to relax and allow reprograming of limi ng beliefs. In my prac ce I combine all the above to achieve the best outcomes for pets and their parents. Step 5. Open all the organs of elimina on. Lympha c: Assisted Lympha c Therapy (ALT). Though exercise and movement are always necessary, many pets have health condi ons that don't allow proper movement and/or their lymph is so congested and stagnant that addi onal support is needed. ALT uses glass transducers that emit nega ve ions and inert gases to thin, decongest and move lymph to the proper drainage points in the body. Dry brushing and massage are all good to do, but none are as effec ve in moving lymph as ALT. Be sure the pa ent is well hydrated with filtered structured water before and a er the therapy. Liver: Among its many jobs, the liver filters everything ingested, removes toxins out of the body, and produces the body's "liquid gold"— bile — which makes fats absorbable and dumps wastes in the stool. There is a wide array of therapies to detoxify and support liver func on. My favorites include: Far and near Infrared therapy. The pad works well for animals. For more informa on go to h p://bit.ly/37Ekpm4. I use a botanical blend and binder that detoxifies the liver for environmental and endogenous toxins along with elimina ng heavy metals, hormone metabolites, mold toxins, herbicides, pes cides and plas c compounds through the stool. Contact me for more informa on. Coffee enemas and ozone therapy promote the produc on of Glutathione, the bodies master an oxidant. These techniques combined with proper intermi ent fas ng are highly effec ve. Dr. Marlene Siegel Pasco Veterinary Medical Center www.pascovet.com 813-973-2929 Maintain a strong healthy gut membrane: The gut mucosa is the primary defense of the body. A healthy gut membrane allows the right nutrients in and keeps toxins out. "Leaky gut" occurs when the gut membrane becomes compromised; allowing toxins in that otherwise would not have entered. These toxins travel via the blood stream to the liver. The liver recognizes the invaders and mounts an inflammatory response to eliminate them. This repe ve inflammatory cycle is the underlying cause of all dis-ease. Visit evoloveraw.com for items that repair the gut membrane. A Healthy microbiome: A healthy microbiome has between 20,000 and 30,000 different species that contribute their genes to coding for and running over 90% of the metabolic, biochemical, gene c ac vity that occurs inside our pets and us. Simply stated, we can't live without the bacteria, parasites, fungi and other organisms that co- exist in our bodies. It is in our best interest to nourish and support a health microbiome if we expect to thrive in the world. Active Detoxification For Each Organ Of Elimination ALL DETOXIFICATION BEGINS WHEN IN A PARASYMPATHETIC STATE Before s mula ng the release of toxins or doing therapies that remove abnormal cells, the pathways for elimina on i.e. the organs of elimina on MUST BE OPEN AND WORKING to avoid harming the pet. Work with a holis c veterinarian that is experienced in detoxifica on. Step 1: Stop pollu ng the body- see above. Step 2: Provide all the essen al nutrients the body needs to do its job. Visit EvoLoveRaw.com for more information. Step 3: Heal leaky gut syndrome- see above. Step 4: Get out of Sympathe c tone and into Parasympathe c tone. Conditions that promote sympathetic tone include pain, anxiety, fear and emo onal stress. Address the underlying cause rela ng to the pain. For the emo onal component, there are many effec ve techniques, but my personal favorites include: • Magnesphere Therapy. This is the easiest and most effec ve. The pa ent relaxes inside the unit and is immersed in pure parasympathe c frequencies. • Wholetones: This link tells the story behind the frequency music and has order links: Kidneys: Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a leading cause of death in older cats. Feeding a balanced raw diet and using structured filtered water markedly reduce risk factors. Periodic chiroprac c adjustments, Lympha c therapy, Low Level Light Therapy along with all of the above considera ons will support kidney func on. Colon: Eliminates waste products/toxins through the feces. The liver/gall bladders (delete the s please) dumps (add the s here) many products out the body through this route of elimina on. Lungs: In addi on to breathing clean air, dry salt therapy is an effec ve way to clean the airways. Salt therapy acts like a toothbrush to "scrub" the airways and help remove built up debris and pathogens. Dry Salt therapy is very effec ve for upper respiratory condi ons and lower airway disease. My prac ce u lizes a salt booth. The pets are inside the booth and breathing the micronized salt par cles. Skin: Though swea ng is not a major way dogs and cats eliminate toxins, promo ng a healthy diet and lifestyle along with suppor ng detoxifica on of the other organs (especially the liver and lympha cs) will result in fewer allergies and healthier skin. Salt booth therapy also benefits the skin microbiome. Step 6: Support the mitochondria (the organisms that produce the energy the body runs on.) All aspects of "living" require energy, especially detoxifica on. Adop ng the principles outlined above supports mitochondrial biogenesis (make more mitochondria) and helps them func on at their maximum. Effec ve detoxifica on is a lifestyle choice. The reward…a life of thriving. Pasco Veterinary Medical Center offers full body detoxifica on programs for pets. I am excited to announce the opening of S'Paws Family Wellness Centers in late 2021. These are relaxa on/detoxifica on centers for people AND their fur family! Contact Pasco Veterinary Medical Center for more informa on.
