A strong company culture is critical to ensuring robust brand identity, consistent goals and values, and high employee engagement and retention. But in an age when company locations are often situated in different cities, states, and even countries, the ability to ensure that employees across all locations are tied into the company mission and corporate culture is not an easy task. "It's hard enough to ensure consistency when all employees are in the same location," confirmed Jack Templin, AD President, Industrial Business Unit and Chief Programs Officer. "There's no doubt that it's even more challenging to develop consistency when employees are located across different locations."
