From Our Managing Editor Everyone wants to know the secret to a healthier life and more fit physique. Living in Southern California I have seen first hand the newest product, the newest workout and the newest getslim, lose-weight, get- ripped in two days gimmick. Truth is, nothing good and sustainable in life is achieved overnight. Consistency, persistence and adopting a healthy lifestyle are the keys to having a healthy life and a fit physique. My brother Victor (Abby's Health & Nutrition GM) and I, first got involved in fitness over twenty years ago and a few years later Victor began his employment at Abby's Health & Nutrition. Over fifteen years later, I have heard the stories of different individuals – some down right incredible - and I am grateful to be learning about Health & Nutrition thanks to Abby Sayler and her knowledgeable staff. The more I learn about this industry's products - some advertised in this issue - and the human body, the more I realize how much I don't know and how much more I would like to learn.
