Government regulations are a touchy subject: it all comes down
to whom or what the government is regulating. Try regulating
guns and conservatives will howl; try regulating abortion and
liberals will howl. Try regulating anything at all and anarcho-
libertarians will howl. In the case of the Internet and privacy,
data center operators are often caught in the middle.
