Marinate with garlic, cilantro, olive oil and Tamari. Let it marinade for two hours. Coat the pan with olive oil and 1 oz. of peppercorn (2 TBSP) cook on medium heat, wait 30-45 seconds to release aroma of peppercorn (absorb the peppercorn). Lay tuna in frying pan, sear it for 2 minutes on each side. Sprinkle sesame seeds on both sides, top it with a little Tamari. Enjoy! YaYa's Gluten Free Spinach Quiche - 8 Servings 6 organic eggs 1 cup organic half and half creamer 2 cups veganaise 2 cups organic cheese (shredded cheddar) 3 tsp. organic green onion (chopped) Beat the eggs. Then add the half & half and the veganaise. Cook the spinach (boil until tender (approximately 10-15 mins.), squeeze liquid from the spinach. Add to the egg mixture. Add the dill, mint, and green onions. In the egg mixture, add ½ of the cheese and mix. Put the mixture into the pie crust and top it with the rest of the cheese. Bake for 45 mins. in 350 degrees until crust becomes golden. Let it cool, then cut and serve! Organic Nut and Berry Brown Rice - 10 to 12 Servings 4 cups organic brown rice (cooked) 3 oz. organic cashews 3 oz. organic cranberries 3 oz. organic green onion (chopped) 2 tsp. organic safflower oil 1 tsp. organic lemon juice ¾ tsp. pink Himalayan salt ¼ tsp. organic black pepper Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
