For accessible seating or other special needs, please contact the 3M Box Office at 512.474.LONG (5664) COAT CHECK Located in the Rollins Studio Theatre Lobby. LATE SEATING Lobbies typically open 90 minutes prior to the performance beginning, the house opens approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled performance. Guests arriving late will be seated by an usher in accordance with the policy set by the founding resident company, touring production or artist. To avoid possible problems, please plan to arrive early so you may attend to your comfort needs and be seated before curtain time. CAMERAS AND RECORDING DEVICES We encourage patrons to take photographs in the lobbies and on the City Terrace. Because of copyright laws and in consideration of the performers, we prohibit the use of photographic or recording devices during performances. CONCESSIONS Enjoy the various concession areas throughout the building. Bottled water is always allowed inside the theaters. Please ask an usher for policies regarding other food and beverages, which vary from show to show. PAID VALET PARKING Valet parking is also available for most Long Center Presents performances.
