2020 VISION 62 Among the hallmarks passed down through the eighty years of Linfield's existence, the one that is perhaps most valued by staff, students, and parents is the school's distinctive cultural spirit and vibrant community. For while we value academic excellence and rigor, we also know that there are some things that can not be learned inside a classroom. So we take trips to Winter Mountain Retreat, Boojum, and Rawhide Ranch, and we participate in a variety of annual traditions like the Great Race, Night Crossing, and Polar Express (among many others), all experiences that allow students and faculty to forge meaningful relation- ships, making our school unique and strong. These traditions integrate the knowledge, faith, respect, love, and inexhaustible fun that characterizes the Linfield experience, and they all work together to nurture an intentionally relational community.
