It is worthwhile to note that prostate cancer, as with most cancers, is a very complicated situation. There are at least 30 different kinds and any one of us can have any combination. Most are slow growing; some are not. The urology doctor recommended 2 options: a new radiation beam called Cyber Knife or complete removal of the prostate. I started looking for another opinion. My best friend Scott recommended I go and see Abby at Abby's Health and Nutrition. I contacted Abby's store and asked for an appointment. During the consultation, Abby explained what was going on in my body. At this time, I was overweight, my energy levels were very low, and I was depressed and questioning everything. Abby recommended a complete change in my diet along with supplementation. I went to another doctor (D.O) to get another opinion. He was supportive of the protocol Abby suggested and only added DIM (diindolylmethane, a phytonutrient found in cruciferous vegetables) to the mix. I started blending organic vegetables, fruits and only non-GMO grass-fed and organic meats. Abby also treated me for IBD and candida. Abby was leading me to the healing waters and it was up to me to trust it and drink. I prayed and felt that God was putting this together. So I began the diet and supplement protocol. A few months after being on Abby's protocol, she suggested I see Dr. Chi to get a Fingernail & Tongue Analysis.
