Mix all the ingredients in a baking pan and marinate the chicken for two hours. While the chicken is marinating, soak the bamboo skewers in cold water. After two hours, put the chicken on the skewers and grill until cooked through. Garnish with scallions. Antibiotic/Hormone-free Chicken Skewers 6 organic zucchinis ¼ of a whole organic purple cabbage 1 small organic red onion 1 bunch organic scallions 3 shredded organic carrots 1 cup organic sun-dried tomatoes 2 tbsp. organic apple cider vinegar Make the zucchini noodle with a spiral vegetable cutter. Shred the carrots. Chop all remaining vegetables. Toss all vegetables together. Mix remaining ingredients to make a dressing. Toss the dressing with the salad. Organic Zucchini Pad Thai 3 heads of organic cauliflower 2 tbsp. organic olive oil 1 tbsp. organic garlic 1 tsp. organic ginger 1 small organic white onion 2 pinches of organic Himalayan sea salt 1 tbsp. organic garam masala Heat olive oil in pan. Once the oil gets hot, add the chopped onion and stir fry until golden in color. Add the cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, bay leaves, and cumin seeds. Continue to cook until the spices start to smell. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until well mixed with the spices. Put in the cauliflow- er florets and stir really well until all the cauliflower is coated with spices. Add all remaining ingredients. Cook covered for a half an hour or until the cauliflower is al dente. Organic Cauliflower Curry 2 tbsp.
