More Heavy Liing
These days, there is no shortage of focus on the evolution of
computing in what IDC calls "the third platform"—where the
cloud, mobility, social business, and big data converge. Servers,
both virtual and physical, play a central role in that evolution.
But there's another trend emerging around servers that's not
getting the same play. Yet, in some ways, it's even more game-
changing than the dramatic rush to the cloud.
